Delivery Method

When will my order be processed?



We want to make sure you receive your item as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model as we are unable to modify your order. Once an order is entered into the system, it cannot be modified or canceled.



Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing date.



All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. During holiday and sale seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.



Shipping confirmation



Once your purchase has shipped, we will email you shipping confirmation immediately so you can track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes on all international orders.

As the consignee, you will be solely responsible for tracking your order and submitting the necessary requests to customs or the courier company. Otherwise, if the order is marked as returned to sender or delivered because the recipient is unable to follow up or does not follow up in time. Failure to successfully submit the necessary requests or notifications to the courier will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges free of charge and you may need to place a new order.

Your order may be delivered to you by your local post office or local courier company. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so packages will be received via regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the Postal Service may leave a notification card telling you how and where to pick up your order.



Taxes and duties



Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are determined by customs at the specific destination.



Payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and ShimangMeets is not responsible for these fees and taxes. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.



Customs and regulations



It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items as we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted in a particular country.

If your credit card account is in a currency other than U.S. dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than the one quoted on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. Our store prices are displayed in your local currency, but are displayed in US dollars when you check out. All transactions will be processed in USD via Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.



Cancel/Change



If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're fast!). Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
